If the person you refer to Rhino Recruiting gets placed within 90 days of submission and stays in the position for at least 90 days, then you will get a referral fee. It's that simple! The referral has to be someone we are not already working with and they have to be someone you would personally recommend. If your friend is sending their resume directly to Rhino Recruiting based on your recommendation, be sure to tell them to include your name in the e-mail so we can give you credit if they get placed.
